  How to list my property with Xtra Holidays?
  • If you are an existing registered Property Manager, click here to login. If you are not a registered Property Manager, click here to apply to become a registered property manager.

 

  • Fill the required details in this section. Please note that you do not have to fill all the details of this section. You can fill the details that are relevant to you. For example, if you don’t have an ABN or ACN, you can leave these fields blank.

 

  • Create your agent login and password in the “Agent/Property Manager Login Identification and Password”  section. Your agent login and password will allow you to access and modify your property/s listed with Xtra Holidays.

 

  • Complete the Image verification by entering the exact alpha numeric you see in the red box.

 

  • Accept the terms and conditions of Xtra Holidays. It is important to accept the terms and conditions of Xtra Holidays to list you property on our web site. You can read the terms and conditions of Xtra Holidays by clicking the Terms and conditions tab.

 

  • Submit your application. Once you submit your application, you will be sent an invoice to you nominated e-mail address.

 

  • Upon receiving your payment, we will approve your property to be listed with Xtra Holidays.
